Night Fury Saber - BOGO

Great saber easy to use. Easy to figure out all the functions!

This is the first ones I've had and the only reason it's not a full 5 star is because of the way the blade is attached. But, this may be the standard for all of them. On an excitement level, I give it a 10! Very strong and can take, or give, a beating. Love them!

I got this saber last night and the presentation in the box was more than I was expecting

a very nice starter saber from my opinion if you want something on the cheaper side yet looks cool, The hilt with no blade is balanced right where your hand would be, with blade the balance point is about 5-6 inches above the hilt, again making the saber very well balanced. Electronics are concealed in a case and not in open air like I've seen for some saber brands, I believe this is to increase durability and also to take the weight off the Electronics its self. Internal charger port is a very nice touch as it allows for a MUCH clearer look.

I also enjoy the sense operation, instead of having to remember so many button commands I can just hold the saber a certain way and hold the button then twist. Extremely simple to do once you get most of the commands down (Instruction booklet included is VERY helpful)

Only thing I do not like too much is the button as the edges do not sit flush with the hilt, allowing for a small gap which bothers me slightly and also a screw that is very noticeable on the opposite side of the button (The one used to secure the electronics) I understand it's need to be there I just there was a way to cover it with a plug of sorts just to give the hilt that much more of a smooth and clean look to it.

The issues I have with the saber are near impossible to fix unless the design is changed, or something is included to block the screw hole which may bump the price.

The button issue could be fixed but isn't noticeable unless you REALLY look at it.

I'll give an overall grade a 9.5/10.

I got my saber sometime after the new year after ordering online around the Dec 26th holiday period so delivery was pretty fast. The feel of the hilt is very satisfying. The airplane grade aluminum gives it a nice weight and feel and gives the saber a realistic look, worthy of a movie prop. The neo pixel saber is definitely convincing and the brightness level is spectacular. I took it out to my friends house one evening and lit it in his dark backyard and I could see features and holes in the ground as clear as day! The special effects like the blaster noises are very satisfying as well as the authentic snap-hiss of the blade igniting and the whooshing noises when you swing the blade. It comes with other features like 3 music themes (Imperial death March, Jedi theme, star wars theme). There are more features like different ignite effects and pulsing blade effects, but makes for a fun prop or toy and the blade is durable enough to whack other similar sabers in mock combat.

Perfect! My son loves it,actually both my boys do and my 16 year old daughter wants one! Holds up well with 2 boys battling Jedi style!

I am immensely impressed by the light ad sound features, I wasn't expecting such a high quality hilt when buying it but for only $130 the metal handle was a incredibly pleasant discovery. It looks and sounds amazing.

Looks cool and sounds decent. Nothing spectacular about this saber. I don’t love that I need a tool to affix or remove the blade from the hilt. Makes travel with the unit cumbersome. I hate the location of the charging port. I have to take the whole device apart to access it. Again this requires a tool and makes changing very inconvenient. Finally the included instructions are practically nonexistent and barely helpful. This could so easily be resolved with a QR code link to detailed instructions. All in all I’m underwhelmed by the product and would not buy it again but as a simple prop for cos play it will do.
