The Neophyte saber provides an elegant, grooved hilt with a stable emitter. This saber features a black anodized finish with silver machined accents. The body has a number of grooves that enhance the grip. The knob style pommel pairs quite well with the milled silhouette of the emitter. This saber uses a standard 12mm switch.

RGB or Baselit electronics are the more basic technology of lighting up the lightsaber blade.  This features one focused powerful LED at the base of the blade.  The blade is a hollow and the light shines up the blade.  This is a perfect choice for dueling, spinning and showing basic lightsaber effects.

SN-Pixel, Neopixel or Xenopixel are electronics technology where the light is not from one focused LED but from multiple LEDs that go up entire length of the blade.  This design enables much more realistic lighting effects and blade ignitions.  These blades are very strong but have electronics in them and thus are a bit more susceptible to damage when extreme dueling is performed.

In no way am I disappointed in my purchase I'm very happy to finally own a pixel saber however handle leave black residue all over hands and is a little sharp in few spots blade has scuff marks upon opening box and lastly speaker is starting to crack sound a little only after having it for about a week but still enjoying it

FIRST SABER EVER

I've wanted a lightsaber since I was a kid I got the neophyte saber just to see what it was all about and if I'd like it I think it's really cool especially for the price I wish I would have gotten the pixel version. I don't have any problems with it it's well worth getting one if you want one. I'm currently trying to find another one that I really like and is neopixel

I bought this thinking it would be better than my custom saber from Amazon. I paid less on Amazon has more features that the kyber one I got.. the kyber feels real cheap..

more than i was expecting

i have been wanting a lightsaber since the late 70's i finally got one that isn't made from a flashlight and have to do my own sound effects. Best purchase ever made!
