Shipping policy

SHIPMENT LOCATIONS

We have two fulfillment locations one in the US and one in Hong Kong.  Shipments will ship from the closest location that has the item in stock.

INTERNATIONAL/COUNTRY-SPECIFIC

We use USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx for shipping depending on the location and products purchased.  Please enter your shipping address at checkout and the shipping options will be shown.  Economy and Free shipping will use the lowest cost option for your location.  Priority shipping times displayed are after fulfillment. We cannot guarantee a specific courier unless they are shown at checkout.  We do our best to accommodate our customers and help when we can.

INTERNATIONAL/COUNTRY-SPECIFIC

Shipments may require additional taxes and or fees.  We do not control these fees and they are the responsibility of the customer.  Please note that UPS Standard shipping to Canada may have large fees from UPS.  These fees are from UPS and we cannot control them and are not responsible for paying them.  

TYPICAL FULFILLMENT TIME

For orders that are in stock and available to ship , typical time for packing your order and sending tracking information is 3-7 Business Days*.

Do to changes in sending some products from Hong Kong TXQ and Replica items may experience longer than normal shipping times.

We currently are not able to provide tracking information until your order arrives in the US. It can take 10-12 business days for this to happen. You will then receive tracking update information.

TXQ and Replica Orders are currently taking 15-20 business days for fulfillment in total.

*Though we work hard to meet this time frame, we cannot guarantee fulfillment within it. Kyberlight cannot be held liable for fulfillment outside of this estimated time frame. If you are trying to meet an arrival deadline for your order, please immediately notify us of your request through our Contact Us page. Though we cannot guarantee that we can meet the deadline, we are always happy to see what we can do to be helpful!

*If your order includes any backordered items (items that are listed to ship at a future timeframe), your whole order will be shipped in the timeframe of the item with the latest displayed timeframe.

Lost or Stolen Deliveries

Once an order is delivered and confirmed with photo from the delivery company we are not responsible for the lost or stolen merchandise.
