The warranty is good for 12 months and covers the following:
  • Product damage during ship from factory to buyer
  • Product quality issue
The warranty will not cover the following:
  • Abnormal disassembly
  • Using transformer that is over 5V,1A that cause the damage of soundboard
  • Combat or customer inflicted damage. The thin neck saber is not for full combat.
    • There is no warranty on the neopixel blade.

You should hear a sound when putting the battery back. If you don't, take it back out and try again. 

The battery may be tough to remove by hand. The easiest way to remove it is to hit the positive (+) side of the internals in the palm of your hand as the positive side is easier to get free. Then pull out the battery.

While not recommened if you need a tool to help get it out use a small hard plastic tool to pry the positive side free. Take care not to damage the outer plastic wrap on the battery.

Be sure to charge the battery with a 5v, 1A charger

Drag Hold the Power button then hit the saber.
Melt Hold the AUX button then thrust the saber. This motion is a quick twist of the saber one way and back.

Switch Sound Fonts Motion Hold the saber angled up, hold the AUX button and twist the saber.
Switch Background Music Hold the saber angled down, hold the AUX button and twist the saber.
Volume Control Tap the Power and AUX buttons at the same time. Then press Power to increase and AUX to decrease volume. Tap the Power and AUX buttons at the same time to leave volume change mode. Volume can be adjusted. you will hear the volume go up and down as well as a confirmation tone when entering and leaving volume change mode.
